Group Fitness Classes
Our UNIFIT-360 classes go beyond just a workout—they’re a complete training experience. Group class size is 8 people. Each session blends movement in all three planes with a purposeful mix of flexibility, mobility, stability, strength, and stamina.
Mobility Classes
Our UNIFIT-STRETCH classes are a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility, and usable ranges of motion. We love integrating multiple systems and tools into each class, including but not limited to: Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Stick Mobility, Rehab/Prevention principles, and Foam Roll/Equipment Soft Tissue Mobilization.

Hands On Manual Therapy
PERFORMANCE THERAPY
Hands-on manual therapy that combines traditional massage therapy with advanced techniques like trigger point therapy, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (scrapping), myofascial release, neuromuscular re-education, and active release.

Private Contrast Therapy Rooms
Step into one of our private contrast therapy rooms, equipped with your choice of a traditional sauna or infrared sauna, paired with a cold plunge.
