Small Group Fitness

Train with purpose. Progress with a plan.

Our small group classes (capped at 8 clients) combine the energy of a group environment with the individual attention of personal training. Every session is pre-programmed with purpose—blending strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery principles into a full-body, science-backed workout.

Led by experienced coaches with clinical backgrounds, these classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and train smarter—regardless of your starting point.

Our private sessions are built around your goals—whether that's changing body composition, improving strength, managing a chronic condition, or getting back to sport after injury. With a deep background in rehab, human movement, and performance training, we don’t just give you a workout—we create a comprehensive plan that fits your body, your lifestyle, and your long-term vision.

Off Hour Access

Train on your time—your way.

Our Off-Hour Access membership gives you the flexibility to train outside of class times while still following a structured path built for progress. Whether you're easing back into fitness, prefer solo sessions, or want extra work between classes, we’ve got a tier that fits your needs:

  • Level 1: Open Gym Access ($75/mo)
    Access the facility during non-class hours to complete your own workouts at your own pace.

  • Level 2: Foundational Program Access ($125/mo)
    Follow our proven Unify Group Fitness workouts—designed to build strength, mobility, and stamina—on your schedule.

  • Level 3: Personalized Programming ($299/mo)
    Receive a customized training plan built by our team, tailored to your goals, injuries, or sport—and complete it independently during off-hours.

Recovery.

We aren’t just a gym. We believe recovery is an active and we have all the tools to get you back to baseline or beyond! Contrary to other facilities, we believe in a private, relaxing experience. This is why we offer two private contrast therapy rooms, each with a sauna, cold plunge, and shower. We believe in community, but we also believe we can heighten the experience with privacy for ultimate relaxation. For all NEW sauna and cold plunge clients, we require an ice breaker session. This allows us to not just show you our space, but experience it through 1:1 coaching for both the sauna and cold plunge use. Plan for 1-hour. Bring a swim suit. The only decision you have to make is between a traditional or infrared sauna experience! Learn more about how contrast therapy and why it should be included in your overall routine.

    Hands-on manual therapy that combines traditional massage therapy with advanced techniques like trigger point therapy, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (scrapping), myofascial release, neuromuscular re-education, and active release.

  • Medical Massage

    Medical massage is a results-driven approach focused on treating specific injuries, chronic pain, and movement limitations. Unlike spa-style massage, each session is tailored to your unique needs using advanced techniques like trigger point therapy, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and neuromuscular re-education.

  • Recovery Massage Therapy

    A gentle, full-body massage designed to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and support recovery. Using smooth, flowing strokes and light to moderate pressure, this session promotes circulation and relaxation—perfect for rest days or resetting your nervous system.
