All of our classes have a class limit of 8 people per class. Kinstretch is a mat-based class, lending its class size to be a maximum of 12.
All classes are written and designed for you to find success in the workout at your fitness level. Our coaches will ensure that you receive the proper movement that fits your current abilities.
No. We do not have any type of long-term contract, we only ask for a 30-day cancellation notice.
For group classes, we ask for a 10-hour cancellation window to ensure adequate time for someone to schedule and attend your missed spot. This can be done on the MindBody App. Our 1:1 sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice, otherwise the client will be charged the full session fee.
YES! We believe that the most successful path is following a movement screening and initial evaluation prior to participating in any of our classes or sessions. This allows us to make sure you are doing the correct variation of the exercises given to you. We move in may shapes, positions, and patterns, lending to increasing your risk for injury if your body and tissue are unprepared for it. In the initial session, we also measure your baselines for skeletal muscle mass, visceral body fat, and water levels using our InBody Medical Grade Scale. This helps us to ensure that we can provide you with the best dosage and recommendations with the information we collect in this initial session.
